Implementation/Integration of PeopleSoft 9.2
Lead the configuration, setup, maintenance, customizations and implementation of PeopleSoft Financial application.
Experienced with PeopleSoft for scheduling, authorizing pay, and reporting
Experience with PeopleSoft/Oracle Upgrades
Testing – planning, assessment, documentation and support.
Report Development and assistance
Hardware design and installation consulting
Software Installation, modifications and configuration
Implementation and training services – planning, assessment, documentation, and support
Knowledge transfer to staff

1. Subject Matter Expert - Education: Technical Training in systems engineering.
Experience: Eight (8) years of hands-on experience with MC2S or similar projects, to include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Subject matter expert in requirements management for complex software systems. Experience in requirements database management, reporting and bidirectional tracing.
2. Engineer/Scientist 3 - Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, mathematics, or systems engineering
Experience: Six (6) years of experience in MC2S to include: Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Support, Test and Evaluation, and Logistics support of C4ISR requirements. Three (3) years of technical experience in support of Marine Corps Tactical Data systems such as COC, JTCW, GCCS-TCO, AFATDS, CPOF, or other relevant tactical systems. Experience with in either Windows and/or RedHat. Note: Experience may be concurrent.
3. Technical Analyst 4 - Education: BS Degree
Experience: Twelve (12) years of experience in technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, and analytical/logical thinking. Experience with the configuration management of Marine Corps Tactical Data systems such as COC, JTCW, GCCS-TCO, AFATDS, CPOF, or other relevant tactical systems. Experience in baseline management, software configuration management, change control and license management. CMPIC classes preferred.
