PROGRAM MANAGER – Location – Norfolk, Virginia:
DESCRIPTION: Performs overall administration and management of all contract activities. Primary point of contact for communication with Government Program Manager and COR.
Manager shall have a working knowledge of Navy logistics, AISs, business processes, processing modules, segments and management reports.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
- Manager shall have a working knowledge of Navy logistics, AISs, business processes, processing modules, segments and management reports.
- Supervision of work effort where a minimum of two levels of subordinate supervisors report to that individual.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Possess expert knowledge of a combination of Navy logistics experience and AISs operations.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline.
- A minimum of six years of Program Management experience is required. Program Management experience is defined as supervision of work effort where a minimum of two levels of subordinate supervisors report to that individual.
- In addition to the minimum six years of experience, the Program Manager shall have a combination of four years of Navy logistics and AIS operations experience, and senior level management experience of a highly technical work force.
- Education Equivalency: Eight years of Program Management experience, in a combination of Navy logistics management and a familiarity with AIS operations.
- In addition to the eight years of experience which is substituted for education, the Program Manager shall have a combination of Navy logistics experience and AISs operations, and senior level management experience of a highly technical work force.

SENIOR LOGISTICS ANALYST – Location – Primary Norfolk, Virginia, also Japan, Hawaii, San Diego, North Caroline, and New Orleans
DESCRIPTION: Oversees tasking requirements, evaluates current logistics AIS operations and instructs subordinates. Develops, analyzes, and conducts operational research and audits. Reviews AIS software packages, source documents, and establish policies to determine format and-design requirements. Prepares follow-up reports evaluating effectiveness of system implementations. Determines topics, target audiences, and resources necessary to develop and present Naval logistics courses.
Minimum Education: Shall possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline.
Minimum Experience: In addition to the education requirements above, Senior Logistics Analyst must have a minimum of eight years of experience in a combination of Navy logistics and Navy logistics AISs management.
Education Equivalency: As a substitute, eight years of experience in a combination of Navy and logistics and AISs management. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.

SENIOR AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEMS (AIS) ANALYST – Location – Primary Norfolk, Virginia, also Japan, Hawaii, San Diego, North Caroline
DESCRIPTION: Oversees tasking requirements; current AISs operations, hardware, software, and major portions of contracted projects; and instructs subordinates. Develops, analyzes and conducts operational research and audits. Prepares follow-up reports evaluating effectiveness of systems implementations. Determines user training needs for NOF logistics AISs.
Minimum Education: Shall possess a Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, information technology, information science, business, computer science, mathematics, or related quantitative science field.
Minimum Experience: In addition to the education requirements above, the Senior Automated Information Systems Analyst shall have eight years of experience in computer analysis, Navy AISs functional analysis, networks and programming; plus two additional years as a senior-level analyst working under a formal quality management system.
Education Equivalency: As a substitute, eight years of experience in a combination of computer programming, design, and/or analysis. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.
